NEEDS & OPTIONS REVIEW
We all know the old adage; you want to build your house on solid foundations. Our Needs & Options review is the solid foundation for the design process and construction of your project.
Our Needs & Options Review will answer the burning questions that most homeowners ask at the start of their project;
What can I build?
What should I look out for?
How much will it cost?
How long will it take?
Who will I need to use?
By answering these questions before starting any design work we can dramatically reduce the risk of your project going over budget and over time. At the same time we may be able to identify areas where you could increase the value or return on you project.
