Mornington Passive House
Our first project which will be targeting Passive House certification. This project sits atop a ridge with elevated views across MacAlister Park and Newtown.
In accordance with the Passive House standard this home will use less than 15 kWh/m2 per year while maintaining a healthy 20 to 23 degrees. The modest floor plan and simple design will be constructed using Structural Insulated Panel (SIP) from Formance, and high performance windows to create a well-insulated and and airtight thermal envelope.
